I am Tatjana, a passionate wedding planner in Slovenia with more than 10 years of experience.

After completing my studies in Event Management and specializing in Wedding Planning, I have managed to combine my hobbies – a love for music, a passion for decorating, and a knack for organizing events – into my dream job.
It started when I was still a young girl – with organizing birthdays, anniversaries, graduation parties, and other social gatherings during my studies in Event Management and has grown into a love for planning weddings, which require great precision, creativity, and the experience I've gained working all over Europe.

With me, you will not be just a number, as I only take under my wing couples whom I believe I can truly help create the perfect wedding story: I want to get to know you and learn as much as possible about you because only then can we create a wedding story like no other...
This means that we will spend quite some time together, and I will probably shed a tear or two at your wedding and even lure a grandpa who claims he doesn't like to dance onto the dance floor :)

Yes! Foreign couples can have both civil and symbolic ceremonies in Slovenia. Civil weddings are legally recognized but require some paperwork in advance (like birth certificates and proof of single status). Many couples choose a symbolic ceremony for ease and flexibility, especially if they’ve already handled the legal part at home.
On average, a wedding in Slovenia typically ranges from around €5,000 for an intimate elopement to €50,000 or more for larger or more luxurious celebrations.

A 30% deposit is due when we sign the contract, with the remaining balance payable later, closer to your wedding date.
As soon as possible, since wedding venues in Slovenia can book up quickly. That said, I’ll always do my best to help—even if you contact me just two months before your wedding. Please note that I take on only a limited number of weddings each year to ensure the highest quality for every couple.
Some suppliers and wedding venues in Slovenia offer a commission. For wedding planners, this means receiving a financial incentive in return for recommending those suppliers to their clients. I do not accept commissions from any suppliers I collaborate with. If a commission is offered, I will always inform you and request that it be transferred to you directly as a discount.
